How do I reset my password?
Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Reset password. We email a reset link to the address on your account.
How do I delete my account?
On the web, sign in and go to your Profile page — the Delete account section walks you through confirmation. In the iOS app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Either path removes your profile and associated data in line with applicable privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA). If you can't reach either flow, email support@neuvybe.com and we'll process the deletion for you.
I can't sign in / Sign in with Apple isn't working
Email support@neuvybe.com with your device model and iOS version so we can reproduce the issue.
How do I report a bug?
Use the and select the bug subject, or email support@neuvybe.com. Steps to reproduce, screenshots, and your device/OS help us a lot.
Is NeuVybe free?
Yes. NeuVybe is free to use and there are no paid features at this time.
Audio drops out or playback isn't working
Check your network connection, then force-quit and relaunch the app. If the issue continues, email support@neuvybe.com with the time it happened and your device/OS so we can check the session logs.
